Curio Spice Co.‘s take on the classic New England poultry seasoning. Sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, celery, coriander, onion, and grains of paradise come together in a salt-free blend that works as well on a roast chicken or Thanksgiving turkey as it does in chowder, clam bakes, or a potato salad.
