Everything Rainbow

A Pride Month collaboration that gives the everything bagel seasoning a genuine upgrade. Sumac, turmeric, maras chile flakes, black nigella seeds, fennel, sesame, blue cornflower, and sea salt make for a blend that’s earthy, gently tart, and a little spicy. Sprinkle it on eggs, hummus, cream cheese, roasted vegetables, or anything that could use a crunchy, colorful finish. A portion of proceeds benefits the National Center for Transgender Equality.
