Merrimack Black Hot Sauce

In collaboration Navigation Brewery, Craic Sauce presents the limited edition hot sauce Merrimack Black.

Dark as the Merrimack River on a moonless night, this savory sauce uses a hand-crafted vinegar created from Navigation Brewery's Black Pepper Porter. We make black garlic by slowly caramelizing garlic over three month, use our own Lowell-grown Chocolate Scorpion peppers, and have a medley of fire-roasted Japanese Sweet Potato, Carrots, Onions, Ginger and Prunes.

Uses: Perfect for your savory and protein dense meals.
