An ode to the classic Canadian steak seasoning, made with freshly cracked whole spices, smoked sea salt, and plenty of black pepper and garlic. Crunchy, bold, and built for high heat — rub it on beef, burgers, or grilled mushrooms. The spices are left un-toasted so they hold up on the grill; if you’re using it uncooked, give them a quick toast in a dry pan first. Made in Cambridge, MA.
